About Arabian Ranches 3
Arabian Ranches III is one of the new developments in Dubailand, away from the central city yet well-connected. After the successful completion of the first two phases of Arabian Ranches, Emaar Properties launched Arabian Ranches 3 in 2019. The project is being developed in several phases, out of which some clusters are almost completed while others are under construction. Altogether, AR III will boast more than 4,000 villas and townhouses arranged in distinct clusters in each sub-community.
