Launched back in February 2017, Golf Views is a collection of 1-bed to 3-bed apartments. The project was completed in 2020. There is a good range of apartment rentals in Golf Views starting from AED 48k, per annum.
Golf Links
Another golf-facing development, Golf Links Emaar South was launched in February 2017 and completed in 2020. Mainly, there are 4-bedroom villas for sale in Golf Links spanning 2,950 sq. ft.
Urbana
All three phases of Urbana were completed by 2020 offering 2 and 3-bed tiered and standard units. Interested investors can choose to buy Urbana houses ranging from AED 750k to AED 1.7M.
Expo Golf Villas
